Packages are shipped within 24 hours - 48 hours after receipt of payment, when products are in stock.
The shipping method used is UPS Express and Chronopost with tracking and signature at the front desk.
An online tracking link will be sent to you when your order is shipped.
The shipping costs include the preparation and packing costs as well as the shipping costs.
Our team makes sure to use boxes of the right size and to properly protect your items.

Return and retraction
